If there is, I would then contact an admin about the issue. I would then attempt to find the accused in game to see if there's any evidence of hacking. Player joins help room claiming a hacker is on the server, what do you do?: First, I would ask the player whether he knows the name of the supposed hacker and they've done. I would tell them that they will be kicked if they do not join TS and after the third warning, I would then go get an administrator. What are you required to do before you ask an administrator to kick the player?: I would ask him/her to join TS over global a few times. Player is being uncooperative with you and wont join TeamSpeak.
I'd then work with both of them to figure out who was at fault and whether or not comp is necessary. Next, I would call the accused into TS and get his side of the story. Please walk me through how you would start off helping this player.: First, I would get the claimant's side of the story before the accused is brought into TS this way, I can hear at least one side of the story without someone interrupting the other.
